Overview

Martin A. Mooney is a partner in the firms Bankrtupcy practice, he assists in the supervision of the department and its representation of local, regional and national secured lenders in consumer bankuptcies throughout the Northeast.  Mr. Mooney has been practicing for over 25 years and has focused on all aspects of bankruptcy work ranging from representation of individual and corporate clients as debtors and creditors to his appointment as Section 1104 Trustee in the Southern District of New York.   His clients include auto finance lenders, mortgage lenders, regional banks and federal credit unions, among others.
